Dayendra has robust experience in the financial services industry, having been actively involved in the set-up and administration of a multitude of structures, including in the British Virgin Islands, Seychelles, Cayman entities, and Mauritius Trusts. Dayendra is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Middlesex and started his career in 2016 in the Global Business sector at SGG Global Business (Mauritius) Ltd (now rebranded to IQEQ).

In 2018, he joined Vistra (Mauritius) Limited where he gained valuable experience and subsequently rose to handle the position of Team Leader of the Private Wealth Department, managing a wide portfolio of clients consisting inter alia of Authorised Companies, Trusts, BVI, Seychelles, Cayman entities, including high net-worth individuals. He has deep knowledge of corporate secretarial matters, estate planning, corporate governance as well as statutory compliance requirements for companies operating in Mauritius and overseas.
